Handmade poufs in Morocco
Our Moroccan poufs are special patchworks of wool and fabric. Special, comfortable and versatile, they were created using used fabrics and carpets to which craftsmen and craftswomen give a second life.
We have chosen to sell the pouf cover without filling, in order to limit the environmental impact of transport and not increase shipping costs. To have a perfectly comfortable seat, the secret is to fill it with fabrics (instead of the polyester on the market). You can use textiles that you do not use in everyday life, from guest sheets to extra towels. You can also free up space in your closets and fill your pouf with old clothes that you no longer use: sustainability goes hand in hand with beauty!

The Moroccan pouf has always been associated with low round seats in leather or hide. We have embraced a philosophy of sustainability that we intend to tie closely to the choice of materials that are as cruelty-free and vegan as possible. Added to this is a particular care in selecting or creating furnishing accessories produced through recycling and/or upcycling. Hence the idea of proposing alternative ethnic poufs in fabric, or rather: a covering, a pouf cover to fill with whatever you want.
We hope it can become your favorite footrest, but also a floor cushion to use as an extra seat on which to seat guests in your super convivial and informal living room. We like to imagine it in a boho living room, or in a bedroom for a soft and welcoming reading corner, or at the entrance of the house to sit after a long day to take off shoes and stress. A low square pouf like this can also complete a reading chair (pay attention to the seat height to have the right inclination of the legs!).
