WEAVING TOMORROW'S HERITAGE

Italian silk excellence meets the rich heritage
of Moroccan textile art

Taroni and Casa Amar breathe new life into luxurious silk remnants, transforming them into exquisite handmade rugs and tapestries.

This collection is more than décor—it is a dialogue between cultures, a tribute to sustainable luxury, and a celebration of the artistry that connects the past to the future.

Designed by American artist Lillian Grant, this collection celebrates sustainable craftsmanship, blending fashion, art, and design.

At the heart of the collection lies the Boucherouite technique, a traditional Moroccan method of weaving that uses recycled textiles. Taroni’s precious silk, cut into delicate ribbons, is reimagined through this age-old craft—giving new life not only to the material but also to the tradition itself.

Founded in 1880 in Como, Italy, Taroni is one of the oldest and most revered silk-weaving mills in the world.

With over 140 years of heritage, the company specialises in creating luxurious silk fabrics that are synonymous with haute couture and high-end prêt-à-porter.

Throughout its long history, Taroni has become renowned across the global fashion industry for its uncompromising quality, unparalleled craftsmanship, and dedication to innovation.
