A video call to determine the most suitable size, color, and style for your space. And if you are in one of the areas covered by our home service, you can try the rug in your own home.
Why apply for it
A photo can make you fall in love. But to understand if a rug truly works, you need to consider proportions, light, colors, and how you experience the room.
Size first and foremost. The right rug ties furniture together; the wrong one isolates it.
Our rugs are unique. If you like a piece but it doesn't work in terms of size or color, we'll help you find a more suitable alternative for your space.
Colors must be seen in your light. Online, we work with real photos and references. At home, you see the rug live, in your environment.
You save time. Instead of scrolling through dozens of pages, you receive a curated selection, with explanations for each proposal.
Three paths, one answer. If the right rug is already among our one-of-a-kind pieces, we'll point you to it. If it isn't, we'll source it for you in Morocco, or have it made to measure. We decide together, based on your space and your budget.
HOW IT WORKS
Wherever you are, send us photos, measurements, and some references about the space. In a video call, we'll figure out together which rugs might work.
If you are in one of our covered areas, we will bring a curated selection of rugs to your home. You can see them next to your furniture, in your own environment, at their actual size.

ONLINE CONSULTATION
Fill in the form with the room, the measurements and what you're looking for. We reply within 48 hours and set up the video call together. If you'd rather talk right away, pick a time from the calendar.
Tell us about the room, the furniture, the colors, and what you like. Together, we'll figure out the best rug size, proportions, and type.
We look through our one-of-a-kind pieces for the right ones and send you a curated selection, with photos and details; if useful, a render in your room. Undecided about colours? We do the RAH Colours test. And if the right rug doesn't exist yet, we source it in Morocco or have it made to measure.
RENDER and LIFESTYLE IMAGES
If needed, we can virtually place the selected carpets into a photo of your room. This helps to understand proportions, presence, and how they interact with existing furniture, flooring, and colours.

HOME CONSULTATION
We know that it's love at first sight when the rug is on your floor. After an initial selection, we bring the pieces best suited to your space, so your time at home is spent deciding, not searching.

No: video calls, selection and rendering are free and without obligation. Our interest is that the rug is the right one, also because it will then stay in your home for years.
Yes. Online consulting works everywhere, and the 14-day free return in Europe allows you to try the rug at home risk-free: we ship it to you, you experience it, and if it's not the one, it comes back.
A photo of the room and, if you have them, the measurements of the space. We'll take care of the rest.
It happens. If you're undecided, we look at the colours of your room together and have you take the RAH Colours test. It's an extra help, not a required step.
In-home consultation
Those chosen together during the online consultation, usually 2–4: enough to compare, not too many to confuse.
Home consultation
No. If no rug convinces you, we'll take them back and that's fine. If one does convince you but you want to think about it, you think about it.
It depends on the appointments in the calendar, usually 1–2 weeks. We organize visits by area, so we will find a date together.
In-home consultation
Only the room as it is: the rug needs to be tried in a real-life setting, not in a staged home. If you have the measurements of the space, even better, otherwise we will take them.
