Before writing to us

How much does a custom-made rug cost?

It depends on the size and workmanship: €400/m² for the Afaw finish and zanafi a kharita, €300/m² for the Aydim finish and hanbel, €210/m² for Oi Mini Design rugs. The quote arrives within 48 hours of the brief and is final: the quoted price is the invoiced price.

How long does it take?

6 to 8 weeks for a custom model, 8 to 12 weeks for a design project. The estimated date is stated in the quote and updated at each stage.

Can I see something before the carpet is finished?

Yes, always: a scaled sketch with colors, wool samples delivered to your home and – for custom design projects – a woven sample. During the weaving process, you'll receive photos and videos from the loom.

Can a custom-made rug be returned?

A rug woven to your specifications is non-resalable and therefore cannot be returned: for this reason, the process involves two approval points (sketch and sample) before production begins. If there is a manufacturing defect upon delivery, we will pick it up and fix it at our expense.

Do you work with contract studios and projects?

Yes: collections for hospitality, showrooms and retail, with dedicated conditions, a single point of contact and deliveries coordinated with the construction site.

Where does the rug come from?

From our atelier in Morocco, where we personally select and oversee it. Insured shipping to your door; for Europe, duties and VAT are already handled by us.
