We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and also Union Pay. You can also finalize your order with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Klarna

Our partners Paypal and Klarna offer the possibility of paying in three installments.

The purchase is confirmed when payment is accepted.
You will receive a confirmation email from us.

Once the order is executed, the amount will be debited within 24h-48h.

Whether you are a private individual, an owner of a VAT number or a company owner, you can request the invoice
of the cart page where you will have to select the "I need an invoice" field and enter the requested information.

Alternatively it is always possible to request and receive an invoice even after your purchase. Just write your request to info@casaamar.it containing the order number and:

- for a private individual : tax code

- for a company : company name, tax code / VAT number, Sdi code, certified email address

National and international shipments are all made from Milan, Italy.

We always work with DHL, the partner we have chosen both for their effectiveness and for their environmental initiatives through the Go Green program to which we join.

Shipping is free throughout Italy and Europe.

Outside Europe, prices vary depending on the country. The cost is calculate during check-out, before payment.

Any customs duties are, as always, the responsibility of the buyer.

Your order is registered in our software as soon as the payment is made and it is also sent to our customer service who takes action to prepare it and ship it to you within four working days.

Delivery times vary from two to five working days from the date of shipment of the order, for shipments to Italy and Europe.

Yes, you will receive a personalized email when your product ships.

Inside you will find a code that you can enter in the portal of the courier chosen to deliver the package. This will allow you to follow his path.

You will be notified by DHL of the day and time of the courier's passage via SMS.

If you cannot be present at that time, you can contact the courier to make an appointment.

The rug will arrive folded and/or rolled. Don't worry, it will take a few days to see it in all its splendor!

As a consumer, you have a right to withdraw from the contract, without having to give any reason, within fourteen calendar days.
